ENTERING A RODEO
To enter a MRCA rodeo, a membership must be purchased by the Friday prior to entries opening. Check the Rodeo Approvals for entry details for each rodeo.

TURNING OUT
If the following procedure is not followed, the contestant will be treated as a non-notified turnout.

Contestants must notify of turnout on or before 11 a.m. on the day that they are scheduled to compete by calling the appropriate turn-out line:
MRCA/CCA Dual Approved Rodeos, call 1-306-931-2700
MRCA/NDRA Dual Approved Rodeos, call 1-701-774-8482

When you call the turnout line, be sure to state ALL of the following information:
1. contestant name
2. the rodeo and event turning out of
3. kind of turn out (ie. regular turn out, doctor's release or visible release)
The turnout line is the only official notification after hours. When you call the turnout recording on the weekend you may call the CCA or NDRA office on the first working day to confirm that the office did receive proper notification.
